Directions:
For a quick energy drink, mix one serving (2 scoops) per 12 oz (340ml) of cold water and stir. For improved post-exercise recovery, use one serving immediately after your workout.
For Athletes:
Use Met-2 before and immediately after workouts. Take 1 hour before bed time to minimize the muscle breakdown that occurs during the 7 to 8 hour fast while you sleep.
